I purchased a Nikon D40x together with a kit lens from a high street retailer in July last year and was promised £60 cashback but this had to be claimed directly from Nikon. Only after a great deal of dancing through hoops, many phone calls and emails and frustration did i receive a cheque 3 months later. This left me wishing i had bought a Canon. Nikon make good gear but their admin people are not up to the mark. Be warned!!
